Solution

Not too hard: the first move, 1 Rf7! Is fairly obvious, when the only move which makes a fight of it is 1…Qd3. Then 2 Rf8++ Kh7[] 3 Bg8+ Kg6 (Kh8 Be6+ and Bf5+ skewering king and queen) 4 Nf4+ forking king and queen.
