Solution

White has two more or less equivalent ways to win. 1 Nh5+ 2 Re8 or 1 Re8 2 Nh5+.

I chose the former, but the latter is better, for a cute point which the players missed in the game: 1 Re8 and if 1….Qg5 2 h4!! for if 2…Qg3 3 Re7+! Kf6 4 Rf7 mate.
