White, in time trouble, missed the following forced mate.

1 Nc7+ Kd7 2 Rfd1+ Bd6

3 Bc6+ bc 4 Rd6+ Kd6 5 Rd1 mate. If 3…Kc6 then 4 Rd6+, 5 Qb6+ and 6 Rd1 mate.
