Solution

Examine all biffs fairly quickly leads to 1…Bh3+ being tried, and once 2 Kh3 Qg1 is found, the problem is solved. White's minor defence is 2 Kh1 but then 2…Qf2, noting that if Ba6 (say) 3…Bg2 is mate.
