Solution
A nice puzzle: the aim is easy to see, divert the Nd7 from protecting b8, but the winning mechanism took me a while to see.
1 Rd7! Kd7 (1…Rd7 2 Qb8 mate)
2 Nf6+!
2….Bf6
3 Qg4 mate.
