Solution

Nice, if not too hard.

First, 1 Rd7!, to break the Black Queen’s line of sight to the Pf7; 1…Bd7[]; then sacs on g7, and mate with the two Knights: 2 Qg7+ Rg7 3 Rg7+ Ng7 4 Nf6+ Kh8[] 5 Nf7 mate.
